Scott Robbins gave testimony today in Senate Natural Resources in support of SR 49. SR 49 is a resolution to oppose the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community's application to regulate water quality and air quality under federal law on the L'Anse Reservation.
Robbins, on behalf of the Michigan Forest Products Council, cited their concerns being there could be significant limitations on non-member landowners regarding forest management.
